VIN/YIN & VINO w/ Maggie Frey

Kick off your weekend with a 75-minute yoga class that balances vigorous vinyasa flow with a restorative yin session. Stick around for half an hour of wine, conversation, and community.

prenatal yoga w/ Maggie Frey
$20 workshop

Support your body & mind during pregnancy, while preparing for labor & childbirth. This 90-minute class will include gentle yoga stretches, breathing exercises, and a guided meditation for deep relaxation. All levels of mamas-to-be welcome!

SEPT 30, 2018 // 5:00 - 7:30 PM
Aroma yoga w/ jaimie ross
$20 workshop

Create space for letting go and guide the body towards releasing what is no longer needed. Jaimie will lead a gentle flow, paired with twists, uplifting essential oils, restorative poses, and a guided meditation. All participants will be given sample sized bottles the DoTerra oils used in class.

Join us for this 3-week introduction to yoga. Students will dip their toes into the basics: 

  • principles of yoga
  • key alignment
  • breathing techniques
  • meditation

Upon completing the class, students will have the opportunity to purchase any root class package at a discount of 15% off, if purchased by November 9. Must be purchased in studio & must have attended all three class meetings.
