beginner series w/ jaimie ross
$75 workshop

Join us for this 3-week introduction to yoga. Students will dip their toes into the basics: 

  • principles of yoga

  • key alignment

  • breathing techniques

  • meditation

Upon completing the class, students will have the opportunity to purchase any root class package at a discount of 15% off, if purchased by November 9. Must be purchased in studio & must have attended all three class meetings.

Restorative Yin w/ jen reed
$12 Drop-in / Regular class pass

Jen Reed will be leading a class combining restorative postures with yin postures, easing back and forth between the two. Yin yoga focuses on the deep tissue in the body and your joints. Partnered with the calming style of restorative poses, you’ll leave feeling a sense of openness in the physical body and calmness of the mind.

Create space for cultivating peace with the use of essential oils. Jaimie will lead a gentle flow, paired with twists, uplifting essential oils, restorative poses, and a guided meditation. All participants will be given sample sized bottles the DoTerra oils used in class.

$25 workshop

Visiting instructor Emily Jasenski will guide us through a powerful workshop where we will explore the natural seasons of a woman’s life, and how we can use these seasons to find peace and balance. We will explore the cycles of life, the moon, and how we can heal through these powerful mediums. This workshop is only available to women, ages 18+
