Move your body, and still your mind in this unique self-care workshop. Flow through a 1-hour fluid practice with gentle postures and breathing exercises, meant to balance the body. We will wrap up our practice with an acupuncture-enhanced savasana. This mindful workshop will leave you feeling relaxed through the balancing effects it has on the nervous system.
